Change Begins With A Conversation

An Intervention Is More Than A Meeting

1. Understand
We begin by understanding what's happening, the relationships surrounding your loved one, and what the family hopes can change.

2. Prepare
We identify the people whose voices matter most, prepare everyone involved, establish shared goals, and develop a Change Plan.

3. Intervene
We facilitate the intervention meeting, helping the family communicate honestly, express concerns, support change, and establish healthy boundaries.

4. Continue the Work
Whatever your loved one decides, the family's work continues through 4-6 weeks of weekly family sessions and ongoing support.

You May Not Know What to Do Anymore.
You may have tried talking, helping, rescuing, setting boundaries, or waiting for things to improve. Or maybe you don't know where to start at all. It's okay if you feel lost at your wits end and struggling to know what to do next.
That's where we can help.
